Preface

There is currently a lot of discussion regarding the Chevron deference ruling, which some believe adds a new vector of risk to our water basket. Therefore,  I’m going to highlight it a bit in a considered manner that looks at what is currently being perceived as the risk and what’s actually likely. In light of that, however, it’s important to realize that this isn’t going to be as impactful on our PFAS beneficiaries as it can be on other areas like Consumer Protection, Financial Regulation or Healthcare.
